Are there any restricted zones in Singapore that you do not deliver to?
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore because your delivery requires a signature upon receipt.
What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?
If you have missed your delivery, please arrange for a re-delivery with Singpost on their website by keying in your tracking number.
How can I check the status of my order?
You may log in to your account on our website, click on Account Summary to check the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you via email, and will also be displayed on your Account Summary page. You may use the tracking number to track the delivery status of your parcel on our respective delivery partners' websites.
How can I track the delivery of my parcel?
Once you have submitted your order, you will NOT be able to amend your delivery information. Fret not, drop us a message here and we'll do whatever we can to help!
I can’t find the product I want online/ product is out of stock online.
If the product you want is not available online, you can contact the nearest store to ask and check for stock levels. You can find our retail stores here!

Will I be charged customs duties or taxes for international orders?
Yes, you will be responsible for paying all applicable customs charges when your package arrives in your destination country.
Kaleido is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred, and refunds or cancellations will not be issued for parcels that are rejected due to unpaid customs charges.
What happens if a parcel cannot be delivered or is returned?
Kaleido is not responsible for any postal charges, return shipping costs, customs duties, or handling fees once a parcel has left our studio.
This includes (but is not limited to) situations where a parcel is:

Rejected by the recipient due to unpaid import duties or taxes, or
-
Undeliverable because the recipient is uncontactable and our shipping partners are unable to complete the delivery.
